No. Reserving is free and needs no card. Your spot holds the launch price, and we'll email you when doors open.
Is My Expert a real person?
My Expert is an AI assistant, included with paid plans, that gives proven, step-by-step answers, reads the photos you share, draws diagrams, and shows how-to videos. When a job needs a real person, we connect you with a vetted Omni Pro.
When will I be charged?
Memberships bill on the 1st of each month. If a payment doesn't go through, we try once more on the 15th. If it still hasn't gone through by the 20th, the membership is canceled and we let you know. Your saved info is kept for 90 days so you can pick up where you left off.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in several cases, including billing mistakes and your first 7 days as a paying member. See billing and refunds for the full rules.
What is the Omni Score built from?
Your own answers, compared against anonymized, combined data from other members. No one's personal details are ever shown, and you can opt out anytime.
Is there a free trial?
You can try any paid plan for 14 days for $5, and the $5 counts toward your first month. You can also use the Free plan for as long as you like.
